Central Peer Connector
Veronica Qubrossi
Veronica is a proud mother, a clinical nutritionist, and the daughter of an adoptee, raised in the context of an open adoption environment—an experience that shaped her early understanding of identity, belonging, and the generational impacts of adoption. As a clinician with over 15 years of experience, Veronica has supported individuals and families navigating complex physical and mental health challenges.
A dedicated lifelong learner, she returned to university several years ago and is now approaching completion of a degree in Psychology at Queen’s University. In the fall of 2025, she will begin further studies in Social Work through the University of Victoria.
Veronica and her husband have walked a personal path through infertility, pregnancy loss, and multiple adoption matches and placements. She brings this lived experience to her role as Peer Connector at Interwoven Connections, where she is committed to walking alongside families with empathy and integrity, creating space for connection, support, and understanding.
