Human Resources Manager
Position Summary
The Manager of Human Resources provides guidance and support to the entire team at Interwoven Connections in all areas of Human Resources including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, off-boarding, terminations, performance management, talent management and succession planning, training and development, employee relations, compliance with employment law, maintaining employee records, etc. We seek to cultivate rewarding employee experiences, and we understand that our employees thrive when they are supported by a trustworthy and knowledgeable HR Manager.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Program Coordinator
Position Summary
To ensure the seamless organization and execution of support groups by managing schedules, coordinating attendees, distributing links, sending reminders, and providing essential resources. Collaborating closely with both the clinical leads and the Aggression toward Family/Caregivers in Childhood & Adolescence (AFCCA) Family Supports team, the Programs Coordinator fosters communication, enhances program efficiency, and ensures that participants receive timely and well-structured support. Through strategic coordination and attention to detail, this role helps create a welcoming and effective environment for individuals seeking guidance and connection.
Hours: 20 hours per week
READI+ (Racial Equity, Accessibility, Diversity, and Inclusion+) Practice Lead
Position Summary
Aims to develop innovative ways to adapt and redesign services and programs so they can better serve all communities, especially ones that have been historically underserved. Central to READI+ is the belief in the expertise of community voices to shape safe, inclusive, and pertinent services. Through community outreach and engagement, research, and clinical supports, the projects building a new approach to help solve complex problems more efficiently and collaboratively. Interwoven supports the goals and learnings from the READI+ project and continues to implement the community resources developed by READI+ in its own community outreach and engagement practices.
Hours: 30 hours per week
Bilingual Marketing & Communications Manager
Position Summary
The Marketing & Communications Manager develops and effectively implements innovative strategies and campaigns that promote Interwoven Connections’ brand identity and family support programs across multiple channels and platforms, deepening engagement amongst a richly diverse group of target audiences and communities, Through developing and overseeing a talented group of marketing and creative team members, the Marketing & Communications Manager showcases Interwoven’s values, culture, and communities in ways that inspire lasting connections.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Bilingual Community Engagement Liaison
Position Summary
To strengthen and expand Interwoven Connections’ community engagement through the Peer to Peer (P2P) Support Network by managing and moderating private online communities, enhancing virtual and in-person experiences, and supporting meaningful collaborations. The Community Engagement Liaison (CEL) plays a key role in creating inclusive, responsive spaces for parents and caregivers, while enhancing Interwoven’s visibility and connections across diverse communities.
Hours: 25 hours per week
AFCCA Clinician
Position Summary
The AFCCA clinician is responsible for providing intensive clinical support to families formed through adoption who are experiencing Aggression toward Family/Caregivers in Childhood & Adolescence (AFCCA), in collaboration with the Peer to Peer Support Network (P2P) Peer Connectors and AFCCA Provincial Peer Connectors. The AFCCA Clinical Lead will offer expert clinical guidance for the professional development of Interwoven Connections staff, with a focus on AFCCA and related complex needs such as trauma, mental health, self-harm, attachment disorders, and vicarious trauma. They will also maintain a caseload of families navigating highly complex issues related to AFCCA
Hours: 20 hours per week
Peer Connectors (IPC)
Position Summary
As a Peer Connector, you will collaborate with families, service providers, Children’s Aid Societies, and First Nations, Inuit, and Métis child and family well-being agencies to provide meaningful support and guidance to adoptive, kin, and customary care parents. Your role is to empower families on their lifelong journey, ensuring they have the resources, connections, and encouragement needed to grow and belong.
Priority will be given to candidates with connections to marginalized communities, particularly those involved in child welfare or those with complex health needs. This role is especially well-suited for individuals with direct lived experience in adoption, kinship, customary care, and/or fostering.
Hours: Part-time is 15-20 hours per week | Full time is 25-35 hours per week
Community Connector
Position Summary
The Community Connector plays a vital role in engaging with child welfare organizations and key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and awareness. This position is responsible for delivering in-person and virtual presentations Children’s Aid societies, Indigenous Family well-being agencies, related service providers, and professionals that promote Interwoven Connections’ programs, services, and mission. By fostering meaningful partnerships and encouraging community engagement, the Community Connector supports the organization’s commitment to making a lasting impact.
Hours: 25 hours per week

The board is accepting applications from all interested candidates but is prioritizing folks with experience in fundraising, 2SLGBTQIA+, First Nations, Metis and Inuit, and African/Caribbean-Canadian communities.
