AFCCA Practice Lead
The AFCCA Practice Lead is responsible for managing and enhancing the AFCCA program, supporting a team, and collaborating with various departments to raise awareness, create educational content, and drive impact. The role focuses on expanding the program's capacity across the province.

Position Summary
Your role is to partner with families, service providers, Children’s Aid Societies and First Nations, Indigenous, and Metis, child and family well-being agencies to provide support and guidance to adoptive, kin and customary care parents on their lifelong journey, where every family has what they need to grow and belong.
Flexible hours
Part-time is 15-20 hours per week
Full time is 20 – 35 hours per week

The board is accepting applications from all interested candidates but is prioritizing folks with experience in fundraising, 2SLGBTQIA+, First Nations, Metis and Inuit, and African/Caribbean-Canadian communities.
