We are hiring a full-time bilingual Marketing and Communications Director to deepen brand engagement and expand community connections.

Position Summary
As the Marketing and Communications Director for our charitable organization, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and effectively implementing innovative strategies and campaigns that promote Interwoven Connections’ brand, identity, and family support programs across multiple channels and platforms, to grow and retain Interwoven Connections’ target audiences and communities. 


We anticipate hiring full time and part time Peer Connectors across Ontario in 2024! 

Position Summary
Your role is to partner with families, service providers, Children’s Aid Societies and First Nations, Indigenous, and Metis, child and family well-being agencies to provide support and guidance to adoptive, kin and customary care parents on their lifelong journey, where every family has what they need to grow and belong. 

Hours
We anticipate hiring for multiple roles at 15-35 hours/week with remote and flexible work hours.

The board is accepting applications from all interested candidates but is prioritizing folks with experience in fundraising, 2SLGBTQIA+, First Nations, Metis and Inuit, and African/Caribbean-Canadian communities. As we embrace our new brand and identity, the board seeks candidates with fresh ideas, an open mind and a commitment to furthering the strategic direction and long-term financial sustainability of the organization.
