When you join our network as a professional, you will be matched with a Peer Connector.
A Peer Connector is a parent/caregiver through adoption, kinship or customary care that Interwoven Connections employs. Each Peer Connector covers a certain geographic area or region, and they provide parents/caregivers with a 1:1 contact for:

Being linked with a Peer Connector offers a simple way to direct families you support, to the resources and assistance available through Interwoven Connections, as part of a unified family-centered approach. Additionally, you can utilize Interwoven Connection's educational materials and resources to deepen your understanding of kinship, customary care, adoption and permanency.
