Rishana brings a diverse international perspective to Interwoven Connections as an HR Coordinator. With eight years of experience in HR roles across corporate settings in Sri Lanka and the non-profit sector in Canada, she moved to Canada in 2023 to expand her knowledge and gain new insights in the field.

Rishana holds a master’s in business and organizational psychology from Coventry University in England.

Passionate about creating positive workplace experiences, Rishana is committed to supporting employees and contributing to a warm, inclusive organizational culture where everyone feels valued. Her dedication to community and connection extends beyond her professional life through her volunteer work with the United Nations in Sri Lanka, where she contributed to post-conflict community rebuilding efforts.

Outside of work, Rishana enjoys exploring new places and learning from different cultures, always open to new perspectives and experiences.
