Gaby brings more than seven years of experience in program coordination, client support, and community services across post-secondary education, healthcare, and nonprofit settings. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about helping people navigate complex systems with empathy, organization, and a strengths-based approach. As an adoptive parent, Gaby has firsthand experience navigating foster care, the child welfare system, permanency planning, and the unique joys and challenges of raising children with complex needs. She has been an active member of the Interwoven Connections community since her family was first matched, finding invaluable support through peer groups and connections that continue to shape her journey. This lived experience fuels her passion for ensuring that every caregiver feels heard, supported, and connected to meaningful resources. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Gaby is committed to creating inclusive, culturally responsive spaces where families from diverse backgrounds feel welcomed and empowered. She believes in the power of community and is dedicated to helping caregivers build connections that strengthen families and reduce isolation.
