As an adoptive parent, Gaby has firsthand experience navigating foster care, the child welfare system, permanency planning, and the unique joys and challenges of raising children with complex needs. She has been an active member of the Interwoven Connections community since her family was first matched, finding invaluable support through peer groups and connections that continue to shape her journey. This lived experience fuels her passion for ensuring that every caregiver feels heard, supported, and connected to meaningful resources.
