[Support Group] All Things Halloween

Halloween is approaching, and with it may come a variety of expectations for families. This time of year can bring changes to routines, traditions, activities and social expectations, which may create additional considerations for children and caregivers. This drop-in session is intended to support caregivers who are holding a great deal for others while also carrying their own stress, grief, and life transitions. The session offers a space for grounding, reflection, nervous system support, and optional connection with others who understand caregiving from the inside. The overall goal is to help caregivers feel resourced, less alone, and more able to reconnect with themselves in safety and community.
