These sessions will focus on the glimmers and challenges of returning to school, attending extracurricular activities, or not, and the challenges of transitions times for Parents and Caregivers. These drop-in sessions are intended to support caregivers who are holding a great deal for others while also carrying their own stress, grief, and life transitions. The session offers a space for grounding, reflection, nervous system support, and optional connection with others who understand caregiving from the inside. The overall goal is to help caregivers feel resourced, less alone, and more able to reconnect with themselves in safety and community.
