Join fellow caregivers and their families for a relaxed morning of connection, conversation, and fresh air at Lake Ontario Park. We'll enjoy a leisurely walk along the waterfront, with opportunities to chat, share experiences, and build connections with others who understand the caregiving journey.
Feel free to grab a coffee or your favourite drink along the way and enjoy some time outdoors together. Children are welcome to attend—there is a fantastic playground and splash pad for families to enjoy.
