Bring a favourite dish to share if you're able—or simply bring yourself. Whether you're attending your first event or reconnecting with familiar faces, everyone is welcome. This is an opportunity to spend time together, build meaningful connections, and enjoy a day of community in a welcoming, family-friendly setting.
We'll meet near the splash pad, giving children plenty of space to play while caregivers connect with others who understand the caregiving journey.
