Andrea is a Community and Social Service Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families in diverse settings. She has held both frontline and supervisory roles in residential and day treatment, as well as within the child welfare and foster care systems. Andrea has significant experience working with clients facing ASD, ADHD, ODD, FASD, Dual Diagnosis, cognitive impairments, and at-risk youth.

As a mother to six children, including three adopted through the public system, and two stepchildren, Andrea's passion for helping others extends into every aspect of her life. She is particularly dedicated to supporting people through their adoption journeys by sharing real experiences and providing guidance on the challenges and rewards that caregivers and parents encounter.
