Join us for an evening of learning and connection with Teri-Lyn French, Child Life Specialist at Nipissing Serenity Hospice.
Teri-Lyn works with children, youth, and their parents and caregivers as they navigate grief and loss, both within hospice and throughout the community. She is currently developing programs in North Bay and the surrounding area to promote grief literacy, strengthen social-emotional learning, and help children and youth develop healthy coping skills.
During this session, Teri-Lyn will share information about supporting children and families through grief and introduce a free program she is developing to support families in the North Bay area.
This is an opportunity to learn more about how grief can affect children and families, explore ways to support children as they navigate difficult experiences, and discover resources available within the community.
Date: Thursday, February 4, 2027
Time: 6:30–8:00 p.m.
Location: Elmwood Hub | 140 Elwood Avenue, North Bay, ON
