Nicole’s collaborative work with families and professionals has fostered a strong community rooted in inclusion, trust, support, and advocacy. As Program Development Lead she is dedicated to expanding and enhancing Interwoven Connections’ supports, contributing to strategic planning, and strengthening community networking.

A mother to seven children—two biological daughters, a sibling group of three boys who joined her family through public adoption, and two sons who joined her family through embryo donation—Nicole brings both personal and professional experience to her work. She is a certified PRIDE Facilitator and actively serves her community through various board positions related to youth mental health and donor conception. With a passion for policy development, operational efficiency, and community engagement, Nicole remains committed to driving positive impact and growth with Interwoven Connections.
