Join our Peer to Peer Support Network for a gentle, supportive Walk & Talk evening at the Joe Thornton Arena indoor walking track in St. Thomas ON.

This is a low-pressure opportunity to:

  • Move your body at your own pace

  • Connect with other caregivers

  • Share stories, laughs, or quiet moments

  • Take time for you

No speeches, no judgment—just a welcoming space to walk, talk, and recharge in community.

👟 Indoor walking shoes recommended.
🅿️ Free parking available on-site.

Come as you are. Let’s support each other while getting some mindful movement in.
