[Western Region] Stratford—Indoor Walk & Talk

Indoor Walk & Talk

This Indoor Walk & Talk offers a chance to move your body gently and connect with other caregivers in a comfortable, climate-controlled space.

We’ll meet at the Rotary Complex Stratford - RBC Centre indoor walking track for a relaxed, accessible walk at a pace that works for everyone. This is a space for shared conversation, quiet companionship, or simply being alongside others who understand. There’s no pressure to talk, share, or “fix” anything — your presence is enough.

Whether you come for connection, movement, or a moment of pause in your day, you’re welcome here.

What to expect:

  • A casual, low-pressure group walk on an indoor track

  • Supportive, peer-based conversation

  • An inclusive space to connect or simply listen

Meet in front of the elevators. Please wear comfortable footwear. Walk as much or as little as feels right for you.

This event is open to parents and caregivers registered with the Peer to Peer Support Network. For questions, please email support@interwovenconnections.ca.

Location: Rotary Complex Stratford - RBC Centre - 353 McCarthy Rd, Stratford ON
