[Support Group] Polyvagal in Practice: Drop-Ins for Key Caregiving Times

Nervous System Support for Caregivers

These seasonal drop-in sessions are created just for you, the caregivers who are holding so much for others, often while carrying your own stories, stress, and survival. When caregiving ramps up , around holidays, seasonal transitions, or moments of grief and overwhelm — our nervous systems can signal fatigue, frustration, or shutdown. These drop-ins offer a chance to pause, reconnect to yourself, and feel supported in community.

What We’ll Do:

  • Gentle polyvagal-informed practices to regulate your nervous system

  • Simple tools for grounding, self-soothing, and co-regulating with others

  • Space to reflect and restore — with no need to fix, perform, or explain

  • Optional sharing and connection with others who understand the work of caregiving from the inside

This space is about resourcing you — the one who’s so often holding space for others.

Seasonal Sessions May Support You With:

  • Holiday overwhelm, grief, or family stress

  • Emotional fatigue and burnout

  • Transitions (new school years, weather shifts, anniversaries of loss)

  • Reclaiming rest and safety in your body

  • Feeling less alone in the work of caregiving

You care for others.
This is time to care for you, too.
Let your nervous system settle — in safety, in community, and without pressure.
