Erin Clow

Erin is the Associate Director, Education and Learning and has worked in the Office since 2014. Erin is responsible for the implementation of training and learning strategies relating to human rights, equity and inclusion. Erin holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Political Studies from Queen's University, a Master of Arts degree in Canadian and Indigenous Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Women Studies and Political Studies from Trent University.

Erin holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Science from Queen’s University. She is a passionate scholar and writer, who has taught a diversity of courses within the Department of Gender Studies and School of Rehabilitation at Queen’s University. For the last decade, Erin has worked in the field of human rights and equity. Erin is the mother of two children, both adopted internationally. She is passionate about advancing justice and creating spaces of equity, inclusion and belonging.
