Courtney is a proud parent of two children who joined her family through public adoption. She brings to her role a wealth of lived experience, particularly with dually-approved placements, ADHD, FASD, and school advocacy. Courtney's fundamental belief in the significance of openness and the support of cultural connections has influenced her work in her previous positions as Peer Connector and Team Lead. Her strong sense of community, tangible lived experience with the unique challenges faced by caregivers, and extensive networking knowledge are well-suited to her role as Family Support Programs Manager.
