Help Us Improve – Your Experience Matters!
AFCCA Family Supports Program Evaluation
Has your family experienced AFCCA ( Aggression towards Family/Caregivers in Childhood & Adolescence) at home?
Have you, as a parent or caregiver, received support from Interwoven Connections for AFCCA in the past three years?
We want to hear from you!
We're inviting you to participate in a one-time phone interview to help us assess the AFCCA Family Supports Program. Your feedback is invaluable and will help us:
Understand how well our objectives and outcomes align with your experience.
Provide evidence-based data to our funders to support continued financial backing.
Raise community awareness and knowledge about AFCCA.
The interview will take about 25-30 minutes and is completely confidential. Interviews will be scheduled between Tuesday, August 6, 2024, and Friday, August 30, 2024.
To arrange your interview, please email our Program Evaluation Coordinator Sarah at sarah@serbinski.com.
We understand these discussions can be challenging, but your insights are crucial for us to continue supporting families experiencing AFCCA within the home. Our goal is to assist parents/caregivers and ensure children have the permanency they deserve.
Thank you for considering this important opportunity, we value your for your time and valuable input!
Eligibility: To participate, you should be a parent or caregiver who has received support for AFCCA from Interwoven Connections in the past three years (August 2021 to August 2024). Participation is on a volunteer basis and is not compensated.
